Bay with white in the mane and tail

I thought this guy looks kind of neat. He's a North Swedish Horse. http://www.nordsvensken.org/bark.php

I'm fairly certain that there is some gene (kinda similar to ticking?) that can cause white hairs in the mane and tail. :) Cannot remember what the name of the gene is, but if you check out Equine Color Genetics (by D. Phillip Sponenberg) from your library, I know it talks about it.

Looks like he might have a white tail head, but his side doesnt really look rabicano. Could just be a somatic or even a new mutation.

In Arabs they are called "Silver Tails" and I am pretty sure we decided that it might be caused by Sabino?????
