Triplet Chimera?

http://www.horsegroomingsupplies.com/horse-forums/chimera-stallion-4911… I'm trying to find more information. But this horse is claimed to have tested as possessing the genetics of a black, brown, and bay horse. Hoping a lab gets mentioned and further information is posted. Wanted to share with you all to see what your opinions are. A confirmed and tested triplet chimera would be an amazing find because of how statistically rare it's occurrence would be. I'm staying scientifically skeptical until new info either supports or disproves the claim.

Are you sure they actually tested the horse? A more common explanation would be a black and bay chimera, with the Pangare allele.

There has been no verifiable confirmation that the horse is indeed a triplet chimera since all the proof is currently word of mouth with no gene test papers. I too think the horse is likely a brown and bay chimera at most. If he has been tested, I think the owners may have mixed up his visible colors of "brown" "darker brown" and "black" as meaning he has three separate DNAs. But I don't know the owners so this may still be a possibility but not really the case.
