What is her base colour, is she greying and does she have frame?

Okay I have posted about Molly before but in every post no one has really said anything about Molly's base colour so what do you think. Hope you don't mind me posting a link to a thread in a different forum so I don't have to upload all the photos again. http://www.horseforum.com/horse-colors-genetics/whats-her-base-colour-s…

Her base color is most likely brown because of the dark color with lighter areas at the elbows and nose. It is possible, although unlikely, that she could be black or liver chestnut. LP is notorious for messing with base colors and only testing will tell for sure.

I would agree with brown, or possibly black, but I say no on greying. Frame is possible, but still there isn't a way to tell without testing or looking at offspring.

Here are some photos of Molly and Prince her only foal by a black fell stallion, he is starting to varnish out I think has he had little roan patchs appearing on his colour patchs that spred a little and got litter as her molted so really excited to see what he molts out like next year.

His white is what made me suspect frame, with the little patches on his sides and an almost completely solid leg.

Its still entirely possible there isn't frame at all, as some breeds that have tobi and no frame have similar markings, but I would still treat her as if she does have it, or test her.

I think the Fell breed, since it is so "down" on white markings, could well be responsible for the limited white- if you are in the UK the likliehood of Frame is remote, but if it doubt:
