What is he? Sooty Palmino, sabino paint??

I rescued this colt from slaughter a couple months back. He has turned out to be one amazing boy. Once he shed out is winter coat I was so confused! The only thing I know about him is that is a quarter Arab, and i believe his sire was a buckskin and the dam is a flee bitten gray. I believe that he is a sooty palomino, but his right hind leg going up to his hip looks as if it is roaning out. He also has some random white spots, and a dark spot on his neck under his mane. He also has a dark line going town his back, which i believe is common in the sooty gene. His mane is also a silver, gray and white mixture. Im thinking he might have some sabino paint in him because of the way his leg looks roaned out. But i dont know if that explains his random white spots on his other side. Let me know if any one has any good idea, Thanks!

The roaning on the leg could be a somatic mutation or a weird KIT expression. He does look like a sooty palomino; they can have that silvery mane and dark areas on the body. But I wouldn't rule out a really slow greying process.

I agree with everyone on the grey. He sort of looks overly dark and washed out, and with the new white splotches and roaning? We should follow him with pictures!
