I have a hard time attributing those leg stripes to countershading...

The breed has some amazing primative markings, whether that means they are dun or not I don't know, they aren't what we usually call dun anyway. Most don't look dun either I reckon, they look buckskin (or bay etc) with more obvious primative markings. But it depends on what your definition of dun is I guess
