Three More Positive Splashed White Results at Pacific Pintos

[img]http://pacificpintos.com/broodmares/images/cloud1.jpg]Cloud 9 Rt[/img]After giving this a great deal of thought I am posting these seperatly. I am totally open to having positives on one thread and negatives on another thread. Just let me know. I am going to group them by positives and negatives for everyone's ease of understanding. (I hope!). There are three additional blue eyed and two brown eyed horses that tested negative which I will post seperatly. Positive for SW-1, We had no SW-2 or SW-3 positives, so I will only be stating the SW-1 results. ***************************************************************************************************************** Pacific Mad Hatter Jet Black Frame Splashed White Tobiano Pinto Stallion, with Blue Eyes. Sorry I will not be able to post the rest.

Woo Hoo! Those results are just what I would have expected. I'm anxious now to see those that tested negative to see if there are any surprises there.

Threnody Thu, 01/26/2012 - 20:25

Neat results! Pizzazz has got to have some extension genes to be that white with homozygous tobiano and only one SW1. Then again, we are dealing with the mysterious mini here.
That homozygous one is just the perfect example of what I would have guessed to be homozygous.
I totally agree with that and you have some really lovely horses.

Unfortunately admin, that didn't work for me.
A few people have said now they can't see the photos, plus Pacific Pintos, I went to your website & I can't see the photos on there either.
Wish I knew what the problem was, I want to see the photos. :BH

Google chrome, tried it in explorer, same thing.

Actually, can't see Pacific Pintos website, have to go to cached page & no photos show up.

Like I said, it isn't just me, a few people have commented on FB that they can't see the pics either.

beaututes Sat, 01/28/2012 - 23:55

I am the same, I have tried in explorer and google chrome and had no result. I also cant open the page for Pacific Pintos.
Not sure what else to try.

In that case, it may be location related. It is possible that for spam and piracy reasons her web-host blocks certain files types from certain locations. I'm guessing that Australia is probably grouped in with some of the less savory locations in Asia.

:sad Charming to know we are unsavoury!!!!!

Oh well.

That doesn't necessarily throw the theory out. IP address are assigned by location and if the three who can't see them are in the same geographic region then it is still a good possibility that their IP block is getting rejected for some reason.

Is there anyone in the US who can't see the images that Pacific Pintos linked either here or on her website?

beaututes Mon, 01/30/2012 - 23:49

Yeah, I am in Aus too.

I can see other pics without a problem, particularly the ones in the signatures.

I have tried using different browsers including Firefox and Google Chrome and still there isn't any difference.

Pacific Pintos Fri, 02/10/2012 - 15:39

Three more positive tested horses were added to the first post. Negative horses to follow on the negative tested horses page.

Threnody Sat, 02/11/2012 - 07:25

Awesome! It is crazy how white your homozygous tobianos get in the presence of splash. Especially Cloud Nine with the double dose of splash.
