I'd be more inclined to accept that this is a buckskin fewspot/varnish roan by Silver Invader...I should write and ask his breeding...

He is 1/4 station bred, 1/4 welsh & 1/2 TB. I doubt very much that he is appy. I think it is a sales ploy with an obvious grey horse.

But "stationbred" covers so much...and there have been appy genes added in the past to various stations for their stationbreds. Technically, one of our old appy mares was a 'stationbred', even if she was a registered appaloosa.

But yeah, I do doubt that it was sired by Silver Invader Just saying that I would accept THAT as an explanation more than the horse being a silver buckskin
