Annie's new friends:)

I went riding yesterday and I went down road "Horseshoe Ln" near my house that I hadn't taken before and Annie met some new friends. I met their owner and we have riding plans now :D . I couldn't figure out what kind of horse the Pali was but she said he was a Paint/Haflinger cross, his head looks a litte arabish to me, the funny thing is though is when she asked what kind of horse Annie was and I told her she was a Paint, she said but her head looks like an Arab! LOL :rofl She's the second person to think Annie was a Arab because of her head. Her other horse is a cute little Fjord of course.

Aaawww look at her lovely new friends.
I love that I can see Annies ear in the first pic. I think I will recognize Annie just from the back of her head :rofl

I went riding with couple that own them today, the Fjords name is Calypso and the Haflinger/cross's name is Fancy. Fancy's dam was a "grade" paint mare that was bred to a Haflinger stallion for his first breeding I guess, so I bet there is a bit of Arab thrown into that mix but I think you can really see the Haflinger, she even has the double mane. Both are really nice horses. Fancy had a bit of trouble with the water so her rider had to dismount and lead her through the first crossing but she came back through just fine, her owner was very pleased.
I really like the Fjord color too, that's dun right? and something else too right? I know they all have the light colored noses. He has a very very skinny dorsal stripe, but I love how the stripe goes into to the tail as well as the mane, very cool:)Calypso really liked Annie :)
