Puppies first outing:)

Forums

It was finally nice enough outside to let the puppies go out and feel grass and sunshine, what fun! I got some great pix  .

You seem to love my puppies the most Diane, I wish we didn't live so far apart.
Alas it wasn't quite as sunny today so no outing today, I love to watch them play outside, explore and discover new things, just watching their joy makes you smile and laugh.

Here is a couple more I forgot to attach yesterday :)

I've been seriously puppy/dog deprived, as well as kitty/cat deprived, first time in my life I've gone this long without one or the other, and it's been several years.

But yeah, these guys really intrigue the heck out of me, and I wish it weren't so darned hard and expensive to bring animals into the country. You just don't get the same bond with a nearly adult dog that you do with a puppy, and we can't import from the US unless the dog is at least 9 months old. :-(

I actually have never even shipped out of the state let alone the country, it kind of freaks me out, but we have never had to, I sell them all locally and it's seems we never have enough, I run out of puppies before I run out of buyers, but I only have about 1 litter a year, this is the first time I have had 2 and that's because Tequila is 2 now and this is her first litter, Penny is 5 and she will only have a couple more litter's before I retire her. So then I will be just down to the 1 a year again. I could never have so many that they couldn't all be kept in my home and get individual care and love, so I could never breed alot of dogs.

But these are great little dogs, good hunters great for the farm and equally good in a apartment because they are smallish, great with kids too. I really have never had any want for a different kind of dog and I have had them all my life.

Just kidding Lipi :D Too bad hubby would divorce me if I got another pet right now :(( (he's still in shock over all the foals due this year... ;) )...But I would LOVE to have that sable one...

Which sable one? because there is 3 the almost all sable one, the one with 3 round spots and the the one that is 50/50 sable on one side and white on the other.

Yesterday was the nicest day yet and my oldest daughter Shaina came over with my mom and we played with the puppies outside most of the day, here are some more pix I got.
