Blue Eyed Babies

Forums

In the last couple of days I have had these babies born. Cremello filly, 83% arabian, very happy with her, she is a very different type to what I normally breed. Just what I ordered, I am thinking perhaps perlino half welsh/Australian Riding Pony colt. Lovely. What colors are the sire and dam of the filly?

If I were to guess color solely based on the photo, I would say Smokey Cream rather than Cremello. Just curious.

I was thinking the same thing Songcatcher, but with DD, it is hard to tell unless you test or know what mom and dad are for sure...and we all know of one or two foals that have fooled us... ;) =))

The parents of the filly are palomino & cremello, so she can only be cremello. Mum is a very gold cremello though.
Here is mum.

Sire of the colt is Buckskin & dam is sooty Palomino, so perlino or smoky cream is a possibility there.
