BLM colt up for auction - what do you think?

The filly is definetely nicely built, she has a decent shoulder and her strides look balanced. I also like her neck and the way she is carrying herself. The colt seems to be long in the back with a short, steep shoulder, short neck and post-legged. I think his lower jaw might be a bit too short...or the upper too long, it does look weird to me at least.
BUT without proper conformation shots at the correct angles you will be hard put to be precise, so I focus on the obvious... :flower

I like the filly better too, but as I don't want to breed mustangs, I'd have to get her fixed (they only fix the boys - shucks). It would be a MUST as my stud has been known to grow wings and fly over fences, grow shovels and dig under fences and I swear he has actually walked through barn walls sometimes :booty ...to get to a "lady in waiting"... :love The funny thing is that he never leaves the farm, I guess there are just too many females here for him to bother hunting up more. :bounce

Me too !

They come right up for me everytime...could it be your settings? This site does require cookies to display (most government sites do - grrr.).

Cookies? I think my computer gathers and uses cookies, so I don't understand why it won't allow me to view the links. It keeps saying 'connectivity issues' but when I click "more info" or "diagnose problem" it says everything is fine on my end.

Please understand, I am computer illiterate and I must have my husband do any/all changes and *stuff* to the computer. In simple terms...please explain if I could do whatever to cookies to view those links. But I'll give you a caution: if it ain't *easy*, I'm not going to bother. So if it is an involved process, just say so and save yourself the trouble of typing it all out.

A 'cookie' is something that your computer stores so that the page loads faster, next time you are at that page. You could have a corrupted cookie, which is giving you the connectivity problem, altho' normally just refreshing the page takes care of that for me.

What you might want to do is to delete your cookies. There are two ways, one thru' windows explorer, the other thru' system tools...which is probably tucked into your "accessories" menu under "all programs". Go to system tools, click on "disc cleanup", let it do its thingy, and when you get to the point where all the various files pop up, go into "view file" for the Temp IE file. Then highlight all the folders in there and delete them. There's one thing that definitely won't delete, and that's got the word 'index' on it, but there might be a folder or two that won't delete either (kinda hard to go and double check on my computer what with typing a post to you ). Then, go thru' the normal "disc cleanup". After that, run a defrag. Sometimes data gets sort of strung out and separated from its buddies, and defragging puts any bits back where they belong. I do this at least once a week, since I'm regularly moving stuff around, onto and off my disc.

Husband (and I) know it is time to clean up the computere when I start muttering "fricken - frackin - friggin - fraggin" it's time to "de-frag" and I first thought, when my husband came in the office one evening and said: "It's time to de-frag the computer..."
...I thought he meant 'de-frag' because of my "fraggin'" cussing at it! :oops: :lol:

I'll ask him to do that early tomorrow morning before he goes to work. I'm far too addicted to my computer to be patient enough to do it myself.

When I do it, I leave it running for the night...have all my scanning scheduled to run late at night too. That way I get to sleep while the computer gets to work. :rofl

The stud is already snipped - thank goodness. But, alas, hubby nixed the whole idea. It seems there's a 50/50 chance that he will be working out of Denver soon and we just can't take on that responsiblity with not knowing if I'd have the extra set of hands or not.
