My husband actually called me to tell my about Gidget's passing last night. Vaya con Dios mi amiga...you will be remembered :sad .

I think 15 is actually fairly normal for a Chihuahua. :o From what I know, they tend to get ancient.
My husband just put his almost 14 y.o. Malinois to sleep today. His ex K9 and working dog, stoked last night and that was on top of the laringual paralisys and heart trouble [size=65](on account of it)[/size] that he was batteling. :( He was a good old dog, but I am glad that he is no longer suffering. In hot weather he could barey breathe/move.

Ahhh that is sad but sounds like he had a good and long life.
