Conformation?

This is my QH mare "LJJ Penny Star". What are thoughts on her conformation? I use her for everything. She has shown hunter, western, showmanship, trail, etc etc in 4-H and Equestrian Team. Currently we are using her for trail riding-she does well for my never-ridden-before-he-met-me husband. She is 13 years old this year. Also, see her back legs? She has a roan sock on her rear left and on both rears she got caught in a fence as a 3 year old and has white hairs where the hair grew back! Is this sabino at work? Sorry I'm no photographer so the shots aren't perfect!! The white hairs are probably from scarring.
As far as conformation goes I'm terrible, but to me something seems odd in the front end.

Shoulder's a bit straight. Back's a bit long. She's a bit sickle. Other than that, I REALLY like her. Very cute mare and obviously of the "using" kind.

Nice mare. Her disposition looks nice with a kind, aware eye. I disagree that her shoulder is straight, but could be a little more open. I don't think her back is long all 3 parts are close to equal. Nice, smooth coupling.... you can see how she could be used at any discipline as her stifle is neither low nor high, but rather right just about in the middle. She is a bit camped out. Her coupling is strong, but her loin appears to be a little long. Her front cannons are exactly half of her foraerm as they should be. Overall I'd say she is a nice mare.

We need to fix it to where one can type about the horse in question and see the photo at the same time. Otherwise, I'll need to copy and paste from another app.

Thanks for the comments. "Ginger" is a really nice mare to have had around (I think I might have her sold to a nice family that will take her back to the 4-H and equestrian team rings). Her sire was an extremely successful halter quarter horse and her dam was a ranch mare that did about everything. Apparently that cross makes a pretty good all-around horse!

If you were going to breed a mre like this - what route would you choose for the most marketable foal? This mare does *okay* in halter but is also very athletic, goes wonderful hunt seat and jumps beautifully. If I were to breed her I could go so many ways...but if she was your mare, which way would you go for a profitable/marketable foal?

Depends on what you want the foal to excel in, then you go from there and find a stud that compliments her well. I would go TB or a lighter Warmblood, because that would be best for my sport of choice (jumping/eventing).

I'd actually take a look at Melanie Burkhart's horses...Butterwap Confetti would definitely put spots on her, but I'm not sure he'd "fix" her shoulder.

Are we allowed to say a thing about a stallion? I liked Butterwap Confetti until I saw his video online. His movement did not impress me. Other than that I liked him quite a lot.

I can't say I've seen Oreo's video...but he's putting babies on the ground that are winning, from what I hear, and at FEI type shows, not breed shows.
