Am I wrong?

I have always called a thin, jagged-y line that squiggles up the face, usually from one corner to the opposite corner (like from R nostril towards L eye/ear) a "race".
IS that a horse facial marking? Does anyone have any examples of it? Is it just an outdated expression I picked up somewhere and it is just stuck in my head?
I've googled and cannot find any images, it just brings up 'racing photos', not markings.

I've never heard it called that before though.
I have also never heard that term either. Interesting those sites say that, though I don't call most of their "bald faces" bald faces, but oh well.
