chestnut?

I may seem dense but is the filly a chestnut ? if she is why the white legs ? Ive never had leg camouflague that light before ,her mane is starting to get very light hairs mixed in but I cant tell if its flaxen or silver , her dam is silver bay and sire is smoky silver black ( homozygous for silver ) they can both produce red based foals , one of the reasons I question it is because BOTH parents were wrongly registered as a foal , her dam was reg as chestnut and her sire as pally

when you see her close up her hair colour doesnt look solid , it almost has a hint of roan to it , her very young pics show it better ,this is her at a couple of hours old
is there any way a silver bay could be born this shade ?

She is so cute :love ...and yes, I do believe she is a chestnut, possibly with pangare. I know the one sorrel foal I had was a similar color without the white fluff on her legs/belly/muzzle (typical pangare areas). I see no indicator of bay or silver in this foal - but then silver doesn't show on chestnuts.
