Can someone please explain At for me?

As the title states. I've been searching through all the different topics and coming across snippets here and there but was hoping someone could put it all together for me in one place. Thanks. :)

At is a second agouti mutation that causes seal/brown. It is thought to be recessive to A and dominant to a. Thus a horse that is AAt will be regular bay where a Ata horse will be seal.
