California Champagne

I'm running out of resources! A friend of mine who boards at my house bought a mare from us and wanted to breed to a nice homozygous stallion. First she was considering Skippin the Bars the homo champ stud but wasn't thrilled with his photos. She said she realized they were older photos and did like his video but was doing some additional digging. I told her about California Champagne and she just adores him. He is homozygous tobiano and she breeds paints so this would be good for her program and the champagne would just be the icing on the cake. We've been trying for a MONTH to get a hold of the owners of California Champagne. We've called two different numbers including the one on the ICHR website and on their website and have also emailed them but NO ONE will respond to either of us. Does anyone have a contact with his owner? Any resources or leads?
