Black? Brown? or Smokey Black? Your guess

Hi Guys, Well this little colt is from our brown silver mare she is-- EE Ata Zz and also possible cream carrier as her sire was a buckskin... His Sire is Blue Roan Tobi-- Ee aa Tt Rr sorry if my genetic code markers are not exactly as they should be :oops: We have sent his tail hairs so his test results will be back soon .. so.. what is your guess??? (Pics taken with sun behind me so shining right on him.) We will see if majority rules when the results come back in :D P.S He did have bluish eyes for first few weeks, but they seem to be turning to a dark golden brown like his Dam, I know inside ear colour doesn't seem to be related, but just to add his inside ear colour is the same exactly as his Dam a choc/orange colour.

no cream or silver :(

Good results for us nontheless, as we were hoping for homozygous black, may keep him as a junior sire depending how he matures. Hope he will be a non fading jet black like his sire! ;)

Shows how foal colour is so variable and glad I didn't lay a bet on this one :)

He does look black like my filly did at that age, she was even more brown looking , great news on the results! pity he isnt silver as well thou.

Imagine the next foal being a homo black silver smokey tobiano!! That would be awesome!! :love
