Bay or Buckskin?

Well I have been having this online discussion with a person with an ad on craigslist for a 'rare buckskin friesian x' out of a Belgian Mare. They are convinced that the dam is a palomino and the sire, black obviously. I have been trying to tell them that the Belgian dam is a chestnut with pangere and foal is a bay (with pangere). They proceeded to tell me that the foal is shedding out much lighter than the foal coat. Um...sure! Here is the ad --> http://denver.craigslist.org/grd/3174673807.html Anyone see this foal as anything OTHER than a bay? Do Belgian's even have cream gene? I can't find a photo of one that is a true pali or buckskin that isn't a cross.
