Over the summer I mentioned I rode with a horse who was solid bred paint. I said that I could swear she was frame, but I don't think I ever got a picture of her. She's a really really nice mare in person. I want to take her home with me! Anyway, I could swear she has frame. Something about her just... I dunno. I like the mare! I don't know frame face, but if that were splash, I bet that front solid leg would have at least a sock...so I don't think you're crazy!

Yep, I vote frame possible here too...look at how that blaze wants to slide off the face and yet still solid around both eyes, throw in solid front leg and it does make it more likely than not.
