About ready to give my hosting company the boot

Couldn't access anything earlier not even the control panel for the hosting account. When I finally could log in everything was GONE!! No email, no folders no nuttin'. I about panicked. The official word is that they ran a script on the server and it barfed. Thank goodness they do backups! I've had good luck with bluehost for the several years but dang...twice in as many days.
