Was oddly enough stumbling around google looking up stock horses in endurance, when I came to the missouri horse show association. They had put together a little Intro to breeds, and had this horse under the American Quarter Horse tab as an example. I don't know anything other than that. I thought vitilgo, and then noticed the roaning over the haunches, but that is so extreme to be LP.

I think what looks like roaning over the hips may just be lighting  or even dried sweat.  I'm going to go with Vitiligo.
