Pearl in Berber horses

Friend found this on a German North African Barb site.

Palomino Pearl Filly: http://www.vfzb.de/zucht/Fohlen_2013/Mo…

Perlino Stallion: http://www.vfzb.de/zucht/Deckhengstseit…

The mothers name is Basma, and has a foal on the ground this year from the same stallion, but I haven't found a picture of him.

This is the foals face book page, where the owner said she has been tested https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set…

I wonder if she has actually been tested.  Her skin does look very pink but I have seen palomino foals born near this color.  I wish there were more pictures.

If it is really pearl, I wonder if this came from Spanish blood or if the north African barb gave it to the Spanish Breeds?

Very neat find!

Well the face book page has more photos, and they said she was tested. She's registered as palomino pearl for her association.

Ahh, sorry I had missed the facebook link.  With those additional pics I no longer doubt she is cream + pearl.

She's a very pretty little girl.

That is a really great find.
