Re: Critique needed on APHA Yearling (Image Heavy)
Sorry it took me so long to reply-busy week at work!
No, I have not tested her for frame yet but her Daddy is obviously frame and she appears to be as well. I may test *if* I decided down the line to breed just so as not to close doors on potential stallions should she be a crazy combo of sabino & splash (also carried by her papa)...but if I don't I'll treat her as frame and avoid lethal white.
Thanks for the comments...I know she's butt high at the moment-believe it or not a few weeks ago she was level! I figure she heard somehting about a horse show and decided it was a grand time for a growth spurt.
Anyone else have any comments on my girl? I'd like to gather opinions so I don't remain "barn blind"!! :D

First off,I'm terrible at critiques and only know how to look at a few things. Saying that, I agree shes a little camped under in the front, her shoulder looks okay and her legs are straight from what I can see.She has a nice clean neck.
Also 2 solid legs almost always means frame, considering she also looks splash and sabino, also the knee spot is a good indicator of it too.

I like her congrats ! Her colouring is obviously very eye catching - have you tested her for frame BTW ?
In the first two shots she is obviously bum high but as a yearling that will change and slightly camped under, I don't know anything about barrel racing so can't critique on that.....all I can say is that I do not see anything that obviously calls out to me a problem for her movement...would be good to critique her in a year's time - that may be more telling then......she's lovely. :flower
