Sooty buckskin?

Was at a farm taking pics of some other horses and this little guy caught my eye as he was an odd color. He is a welsh. I know nothing of his pedigree. Do you think he is a sooty buckskin??

If I was buying her and wanted her to have cream I think I'd test to be sure, but she does look a bit bucky

He could be a brown...Ive seen a lot of tbs his colour with cream flanks and muzzles, etc. Otherwise Id say a smokey brown possibly ;-)
