Deckers Red Eagle Appaloosa's

I know Milton Decker through Rat Terriers but he has some nice Appaloosa's too. I thought this one's pattern was interesting the one great big spot on her butt, looks like a buch of smaller spots melted together. http://www.d-rea.com/DREA%20PEACOCK%20SYRINGA%20BIG.HTM" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Here is some of his other horses he has for sale, if I was going to get a Appy, I would get one from Milton. I love DREA EAGLEFIRE SUNDY, but they are all pretty. http://www.d-rea.com/sales.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I think so, I don't think the leopards usually roan, haha we all like him, I like the color of his spots and the size of them. What color is that?

I like the markings on that colt too... :) I think it is interesting how the one after him "DREA SUNDYS FIREAGLE" isn't patterned on his neck and shoulder area much on both sides. What kind of suppression would cause that lack of leoparding on that area?

And a palomino out of two blacks?? --> http://www.d-rea.com/DREA%20QUINTA%20CO…" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I guess smokey black would be especially difficult to determine with a fewspots appy

I've always been a fan of DREA -- love their horses! I believe that's a mismark on the neck/shoulder of Sundys Fireeagle, like the one on Peacock Syringa's hip.

They call her a snowcap, but I wouldn't be surprised if she's actually a near-fewspot, like ACC said. She has the pedigree for it.

As for the colt with the big spots, in his case it's not due to grey. Some bloodlines do have big spots like that. Love it!

I noticed his sire had fairly large spots, so it's pretty cool that his throws them sometimes!
